The Detroit Rental Property Owners Association (DRPOA) is dedicated to supporting rental property owners operating in Detroit and Wayne County. Our focus is local—advocating for housing providers and addressing the regulatory, operational, and market realities unique to rental housing in the city.
DRPOA represents member interests at the local level, provides practical education, and fosters a strong professional community for Detroit-area property owners navigating leasing, compliance, and investment decisions.
DRPOA is a local affiliate of the Rental Property Owners Association of Michigan (RPOAM).
